Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and managing expectations.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a significant portion focused on digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrable experience managing budgets of over £500,000 and project teams of 10+ individuals.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prince2).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working within the consultancy or professional services sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, splitting time between home and the Leicester office.
