About the Role
Our client, a prominent developer in the commercial real estate sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for their **Plymouth** office. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site management responsibilities with remote planning and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and refurbishment of commercial properties, managing projects from conception through to completion. This includes ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial real estate development projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, and design development.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure projects comply with all building codes, safety regulations, and planning permissions.
- Manage project finances, including tracking expenditures and controlling costs.
- Conduct site visits and progress monitoring.
- Liaise with clients, investors, and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial real estate development or construction.
