Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects remotely, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of digital construction technologies, including BIM, project management software, and collaboration platforms.
- Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders, including site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports using digital tools.
- Oversee remote project teams, providing direction, support, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations through digital monitoring and reporting.
- Manage procurement, contract administration, and financial control for projects using designated online systems.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong emphasis on managing projects from conception to completion.
- Proven experience with digital construction technologies, including BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), and cloud-based project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex).
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively in a remote work setting.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships virtually.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
