About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting projects, operating entirely remotely. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction initiatives from inception to completion, managing all aspects of project lifecycle, including budget, schedule, and quality control. You will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and leading project teams to achieve outstanding outcomes, working within a company culture that values autonomy, innovation, and excellence in project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in construction project management , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and project management software .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage remote teams and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with contract administration and dispute resolution.
