About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead diverse commercial construction projects in and around Milton Keynes . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conception through to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and the internal team. Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of project lifecycles, from initial planning and tendering to final handover and defect resolution.

- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee on-site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage client relations, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Procure materials and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and financial reporting tools.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
