Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading and delivering complex digital transformation or technology-focused projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with project management software.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent understanding of current digital technologies, software development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
