Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of project managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring consistent application of methodologies.
- Develop and implement standardized project management frameworks, templates, and best practices across the organization.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, implementing robust mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Report on portfolio performance to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in project management, with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity, preferably in the Coventry area.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are strongly preferred.
