Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex technical projects, including software development and cloud deployments.
- Define project scope, objectives, technical specifications, and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource allocation strategies, and timelines.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the implementation of cloud solutions and services, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize project delivery and team collaboration.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver regular status updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a strong background in software development and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects involving cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, AWS Certified) are highly desirable.
