About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee site operations, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, health and safety legislation, and environmental standards.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and variations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector, managing large and complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with construction project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Excellent understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential.
