About the Role
Our client, a leading consumer goods company with a strong online presence, is looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead their digital marketing campaigns. This role, based in **Reading, Berkshire, UK**, is instrumental in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across various platforms. You will collaborate with marketing teams, creative agencies, and technology partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve their performance objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for digital marketing campaigns, from ideation through to post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, SEO specialists, and paid media managers.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Oversee campaign budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
- Implement project management best practices, including risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights for optimization and future planning.
- Ensure all campaign assets and activities align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Communicate project status, key insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on digital marketing campaigns and online advertising.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) and marketing analytics platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
