About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
- Oversee the implementation of new digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation or IT-related projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects involving software implementation, system integration, and process re-engineering.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in our Coventry office, collaborating directly with teams to ensure project success.
