About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for IT infrastructure and security initiatives, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including IT specialists, network engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and external vendors.
- Oversee the implementation of network upgrades, server deployments, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant industry standards, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and internal security policies.
- Manage project risks, identifying potential threats and implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor project progress, manage changes, and provide regular, clear status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new systems.
- Manage vendor performance and contract adherence for technology solutions and services.
- Ensure the successful handover and operational readiness of implemented IT infrastructure and security systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 4 years focused on infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure and security projects.
- Strong understanding of networking, server administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
