Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee the procurement and management of external vendors and third-party resources as required.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained to a high standard and is readily accessible.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
