Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project financials, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.

- Proven experience in managing projects with budgets exceeding £10 million.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
