About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce platform development projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define project requirements and scope.
- Utilize agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to manage project timelines, resources, and backlogs.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional, remote teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the timely release of new features and platform enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement within the project delivery process.
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on e-commerce platforms.
- Proven experience managing web development projects.
- Strong understanding of agile project management principles and practices.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
