About the Role
Our client, a leading consultancy firm, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to drive significant business transformation initiatives for their clients, based out of their **Reading** office. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of business transformation projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in business transformation, process improvement, or change management projects.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex projects within a consulting or corporate environment.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A relevant degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
