Key Responsibilities
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for a portfolio of digital projects.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of project managers, developers, and other technical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, including software development, cloud migration, data analytics implementation, and process automation.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users, utilizing virtual collaboration platforms.
- Ensure that all digital projects adhere to relevant security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Drive user adoption of new digital tools and processes through effective change management and training strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused specifically on digital transformation and technology projects.
- Proven experience leading and managing remote teams effectively.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software development, cloud computing, and data analytics projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for a remote context.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or Agile certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
