About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of marine and offshore engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery according to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee engineering and fabrication activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams, external suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and maritime regulations.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability.

- Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage contractual obligations and client relationships throughout the project duration.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a significant portion focused on marine or offshore engineering projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects with budgets exceeding £3 million.
- Strong understanding of marine engineering principles, naval architecture, or offshore structures.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related discipline.
