Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Effectively manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and forecasting financial needs.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports on progress, challenges, and key milestones.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up-to-date.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, with a significant portion spent managing industrial or technical projects.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Management, Project Management). Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships across different levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience working within the energy or oil and gas sector is a significant advantage.
