About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of maritime technology projects, from concept and design to implementation and testing.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, including engineers, technicians, and external suppliers.
- Ensure projects adhere to all relevant maritime safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions.
- Manage project procurement, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource utilization, providing regular status updates to senior management.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Marine, Electrical, Mechanical, Software) or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 6 years of proven project management experience, with a significant focus on maritime technology, naval systems, or offshore engineering projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Understanding of relevant maritime regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
