Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Facilitate communication and manage expectations among all project stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure the successful integration of new technologies and systems into existing organisational workflows.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project execution.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Extensive experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and digital technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience.
