Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology implementation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, configuration, and testing of new technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication of project status and updates to all stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technology implementation and IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with various technology stacks and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT project management experience.
