About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marine engineering projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on marine or naval engineering projects.
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects within the maritime or defence sectors.
- Strong understanding of marine engineering principles, naval architecture, and shipbuilding processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD software is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable.
