About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing budgets, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects , ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor project teams comprised of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost-control measures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with a significant focus on engineering or technical projects.
- Proven experience managing large capital projects, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycles, and risk management techniques .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant degree in Engineering or a related technical field, along with a PMP or equivalent certification.
