About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join their fully remote team. You will lead project teams, foster collaboration, and champion Agile principles to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, adapting to changing priorities and requirements in an iterative manner.
- Mentor and guide Agile teams, fostering a culture of self-organisation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and address impediments to team progress, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of increments.
- Communicate project status, key metrics, and risks to stakeholders, providing insights for decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on Agile project delivery .
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is required.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and work effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
