About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical SaaS product initiatives in a fully remote capacity. This role is integral to the successful delivery of innovative software solutions, managing projects from conception through to deployment and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with distributed engineering, product, and design teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, possesses excellent remote collaboration skills, and has a strong understanding of the Software as a Service landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among globally distributed teams.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Champion best practices in Agile project management and software development.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on SaaS product development.
- Proven success in managing complex software projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication , leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration tools is essential.
