About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their fully remote team, focusing on the development and enhancement of their leading SaaS platforms . This role is integral to guiding product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of new features, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance user experience and platform scalability. You will collaborate with distributed engineering, product, and design teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution across different time zones. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex SaaS product development projects from inception to launch.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively in a distributed team setting.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, UX/UI design, and QA.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize team performance and delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Provide clear and concise project status updates to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management , with a strong focus on SaaS product development and software delivery.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fully remote environment.
- Expertise in Agile project management frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a track record of driving results remotely.
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies and understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
