About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive Regional Project Manager to oversee various operational projects across their retail locations in the Plymouth area and surrounding regions. This role is key to driving efficiency, implementing new store initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand standards are met across all outlets. You will work closely with store managers, regional directors, and external vendors to plan, execute, and finalize projects that enhance customer experience and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and project management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of multiple retail projects simultaneously across the region.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with store teams, operational staff, and vendors to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to retail brand standards and operational guidelines.
- Communicate project updates and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including regional management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant focus on retail operations or multi-site management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation through to completion.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with retail technology and operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
