Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects from concept to deployment in a remote setting.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) for distributed teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and productive remote working environment for development teams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively.
- Communicate project status, key decisions, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Significant experience (8+ years) in project management , with a strong focus on software development projects.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex software projects remotely.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for a virtual context.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
