About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Project Manager to join their innovative technology team based in Bradford , with a fully remote working option available. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects from concept to launch.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and budgetary constraints .
- Manage software development teams, including developers, QAs, and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize the development process and ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and technical challenges.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software project management , with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies, especially Agile and Scrum.
- Experience managing remote or distributed software development teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and version control systems.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
