Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, utilizing project management software .
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and facilitate project reviews and post-implementation evaluations.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prince2).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
