About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical business transformation initiatives within their operations in Leeds . Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic business transformation projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Engage with key stakeholders across various departments to define requirements, manage expectations, and secure buy-in.

Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on business process improvement and transformation.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable project plans.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
