Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and schedule.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and adherence to project methodologies.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Monitor project progress, report on key milestones and performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Demonstrable experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement .
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
