About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure projects to join their team in Bradford . You will lead the planning and execution of critical infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, and network enhancements. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership capabilities to manage complex technical projects, coordinate with diverse IT teams, and ensure the seamless integration of new technologies. Drive impactful IT initiatives that support the company's operational backbone and future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, including servers, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration among IT specialists, vendors, and business units.
- Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to IT infrastructure deployment and operations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all levels of management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects .
- Proven success in delivering projects related to server upgrades, network implementations, or cloud migrations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent technical acumen and the ability to translate technical requirements into project plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
