About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead complex drug development projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including R&D, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure projects adhere to all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex drug development projects through all phases.
- Strong knowledge of drug discovery and development processes, including regulatory pathways.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and remote team management skills.
