Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile best practices and principles.
- Manage project backlogs, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
- Track project progress, identify impediments, and facilitate their removal.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and productive remote work environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly desirable.
