About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to senior management.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in project management , with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Prince2.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Jira.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
