About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management strategies.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and providing guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee budget control, resource allocation, and vendor management to ensure project financial health.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing complex projects in a senior capacity, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and budget management.
- A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel occasionally to project sites and for team meetings as required for the Hybrid working model.
