About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and motivated Project Manager with expertise in Biotechnology to join their dynamic team in Oxford . Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage biotechnology projects from early-stage research through to pre-clinical or clinical development phases.
- Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables, manage timelines, and oversee resource allocation.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant scientific, regulatory (e.g., FDA, EMA), and quality standards (e.g., GLP, GMP).
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse scientific teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for internal reviews and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of biotechnology research and development processes, including relevant scientific principles and regulatory pathways.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Gantt charts).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with regular presence required at the Oxford facility.
