About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects focused on improving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with various operational departments to gather requirements, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
- Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between operational teams and other stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure project success.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on operations management and process improvement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage teams at all levels.
- Experience with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.
