About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire project lifecycle for strategic initiatives, from initiation and detailed planning through to execution and final handover.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, setting objectives, allocating resources, and managing budgets effectively.
- Manage and motivate project teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on project progress, performance, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, PRINCE2, and Waterfall.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools for effective planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PMP or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in our Liverpool location and engage effectively with local teams.
