About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead critical digital transformation initiatives within their organisation based in Liverpool . This role is central to driving change and innovation, overseeing projects that modernise systems, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior leadership, IT teams, and business units to ensure successful project delivery through a hybrid work model that balances collaborative office sessions with flexible remote work. The ideal candidate possesses strong strategic vision and a proven ability to manage complex, multifaceted transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, from business case development to post-implementation review.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes resulting from transformation projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on digital transformation or business process improvement.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Lean.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, comfortable in a hybrid working setting .
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- Relevant degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
