About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Project Manager to join their fully remote team, managing critical projects from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for establishing best practices in project management across the organization and mentoring junior project managers. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies and processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and project coordinators remotely.
- Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and progress reporting to executive leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication within a virtual environment.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in managing large-scale projects, ideally in a remote setting .
- Proven ability to lead and inspire remote teams effectively.
- Excellent understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and project management software.
