About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in Leicester . Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for infrastructure projects.
- Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Implement and adhere to rigorous project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing budgets exceeding £5 million and complex stakeholder landscapes.
