Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects , including software development, cloud migrations, and infrastructure overhauls.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering leads and product stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient and effective project completion.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and dependencies, working closely with engineering teams to find solutions.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among distributed engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise project status updates, technical reports, and executive summaries to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, managing large-scale software and infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in leading remote technical teams and managing projects in a distributed environment.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or cloud certifications are highly desirable.
