Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure, for assigned projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, adapting to hybrid working arrangements.
- Implement and ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies to optimise project delivery.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing and executing effective solutions.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management , with a proven record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
