Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously from initiation to closure in Coventry .
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain robust project documentation, including detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Effectively manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on schedule.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Implement and refine project management best practices and methodologies across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Project Management , with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
