About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end project management for significant organizational initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, work breakdown structures, resource planning, and budget management.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication channels are maintained.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress against key milestones and KPIs, providing regular status reports and performance analysis to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in project management , delivering complex projects successfully.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall).
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in our Manchester office and collaborate with local and potentially remote teams.
