About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of IT projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules effectively.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication channels.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing robust mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in IT project management , with a demonstrated history of success.
- In-depth knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Exceptional remote leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly valued.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
