About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their established team, operating on a fully remote basis. This role is crucial for overseeing the successful execution of diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives across the organisation, working autonomously from your home office. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation through to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resource requirements, and risk assessments for complex initiatives .
- Facilitate virtual collaboration and communication among geographically dispersed project teams and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure project outcomes meet or exceed client expectations and business objectives.
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with substantial experience leading significant projects.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects within strict budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional remote communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and drive consensus virtually.
- Proficiency with leading project management software and collaboration tools.
- A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is preferred.
